Pie Crust and Crumble Top

Pie Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 c flour
  • 1/3 c oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbs cold water

Directions:

  • Mix flour, oil, & salt well. Add cold water and mix until this forms into balls.
  • Press into bottom & up the sides of a 9 inch pie dish.

Crumble Top

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c butter – soft
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 c flour

Directions:

  • Mix well – will be crumbly to sprinkle on top of fruit before baking.
