Rye Toast Crackers

  • 1 loaf bakery rye bread, any type
  • Spray-on olive oil
  • Sea salt


  • Heat oven to 375°F. Thinly slice rye bread, about 1/4 inch think. Cut slices in half or into serving size pieces.
  • Place on baking sheet. Spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until browned and crispy.
  • Cool. Store in an airtight container.
